Hmm, ideals of a thing like a cloud with lightning or a piece of earth / rock
That flying broom would look cool as a glider.
A giant and shiny pumpkin
A balloon similar to that of the quaggan (super kawaii in the asura * – *)
Something like a sandstorm on the feet or shaped like wings
And you know those plagues of Egypt? Imagine a giant beetle or some other insect (I remembered fairies now)

PS.: Unfortunately I don’t know how to draw.

I know it’s been said quite a few times but…

An Aviator’s Memory Box themed glider, please!

No actual glider. Just the character’s arms out spouting out sound effects.
Maybe include the aviator’s cap effect and takeoff/landing noises, too.
Maybe even introduce it with the next April Fool’s day shenanigans.

This person had some GREAT ideas! Personally, I’d love to see:

- Daydreamer’s Glider (dyeable)
- Butterfly Wings Glider (a larger version than the pack)
- Pact Fleet Glider (with that same dragonfly-wings aesthetic that so delights me in the weapon skins… perhaps 4 wings that buzz, just like a dragonfly’s? WANT WANT WANT! It should be a backpack/glider combo! Wish there were an outfit to go with it, too!)
- Order of Whispers/Vigil/Durmand Priory/Guild Gliders — these were great ideas!
- Profession-based gliders! I loved the idea of the mesmer ghostly pink butterfly wings!
- More Sylvari options (The floral glider is a bit clunky. Could we have 4 large leaves or 4 large petals, dyeable? I’m thinking of either the Firstborn Cultural Armor or the Snapdragon Cultural Armor aesthetic… I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my sylvari characters! Love their aesthetics…)
- Norn fur cloak glider (dyeable)

Anyhow, I see that a number of these suggestions happened! That really excites me! <3

Technological Asuran Glider, but a real one based on asura’s architecture and culture, not a tron thing. Here is my idea:
-His name (can be changed): “Inquest Prototype Glider XH17-D”
-Appearance: Essentially made of an Hexagonal Pattern with holographic thin platforms, the all tainted of Red. Can also exist in Blue, Green for static, synergistic and dynamic college, also inquest symbol must be replaced with college insignia.
-Animations: Not lot of things to do, some sparks between the two parts and little red particles at the cubes.

I have joined some illustrations: The glider , the glider with explanations and the overlay on my character (over a blood-sharded glider). The appearance isn’t definitive and I Think she can be improved, It’s just a first draw form my idea.

Copper: Under “Racial” you should cross out Charr Da Vinci since we do have a Da Vinci style glider now that all can use.

I’d like to see a Norn themed glider like a Batman cape/cowl. But a Dolyak instead, made up of a hood and back-piece. This is totally a nudge for capes to return. Artwork when I get time.

Ah and before I forgot, a free Holographic Dragon Wings glider will be great for players which have the bag pack.

theres a mursaat tentacle glider, but no spinal blades.

I still haven’t pulled the trigger on buying any glider skins, although many are beautiful. I’m very picky — the glider needs to be small enough that it doesn’t obscure my toon in flight but still big enough to see clearly. I’ll probably get the Moth Wings one when it’s in the GS again.

Plus, anything Quaggan would be cool. Thank you!

I am still waiting and hoping for a Spinal blade glider. Considering the amount of effort that went into making one. I hate it when my back-piece jumps to a different glider look. It breaks the immersion. Even if you charged gems for it, I am sure many would buy it.
