Guild Hall Progression
There isn’t any hard and fast rule about what a guild has unlocked at any certain level. It depends upon what the guild’s focus is. A WvW-focused group will have different unlocks than a guild who really focused on arena play vs. a PvE guild who focused on decorations. Certain unlocks require a specific level, but those are pretty loose. For example, my guild is level 28 but we haven’t unlocked a thing we could have done at L5.
As you unlock stuff/level the guild, the hall grows— buildings get cleaned out and eventually restored, some bridges get repaired, you can even explore/open new areas of the hall. Also, the central power crystal grows bigger.
The general visual changes seem to be few and far between.

My guild has the Lost Precipice. Completing the buildings definitely improves the “feel” of the guild hall. The L40 “Further Exploration” unlock completes all bridges and adds another WP to access additional areas (although, we were able to access the ‘hidden areas’ via gliding and a bit of tinkering making jumping puzzles long before that upgrade).
Wtb more changes as you level. Currently in a max level hall and it looks basically the same.

The only big changes happen at the increased level stages which change the aesthetics of the Hall slightly.
Im sure there’s going to be a Guild Hall update in the future, as we are still missing features listed pre-hot.
