Guild Wars 2

Has any information been dispensed with regard to there being different kinds of Guild Halls, a la GW1? By this I mean different styles of halls available, for instance, Warrior’s Isle, Isle of Meditation etc. From the videos released so far, the Halls shown appears to be the same kind in a jungle/ desert setting. I understand that this fits within the style of Heart of Thorns, but do we know if Anet plan on releasing further styles of Hall?

There will be two maps in HoT.
It is possible that there will come more in the future but as for the expansion there will be those two maps available for Guild Halls.

I don’t think they’ve said anything for sure, but I got the impression these were the “first two guild hall maps” and that they can certainly offer more later. Note that they’ve built in a hall swap functionality where you can take everything with you (though you will have to manually place your decorations again, which makes sense since the maps won’t be the same). That suggests an intent not to lock guilds to these first jungle themed halls.

Oh I’m super pumped to see the the guild halls they have waiting for later regions! I’m just having flash backs to all the unique maps in GW1

Likewise My guild utilised the Warrior Isle. Would love to see it again, many happy memories
Would be interesting to see what others they put in.

I want a Caudecus Manor of my very own. Not an exact replica but something of that size and style. It’s so limiting to only be able to RP in there five people at a time! (The trick is to go in to explorable and not pick any path. Then a lot of the main building is open and empty of mobs).

Omg yes. I would love to just have a building I can run around inside of. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for these guild halls in HoTs
