Guild Wars 2

Hi all, Me and a buddy have been working on our guild hall (Level 14 atm) and got our arena, Which is pretty much all we wanted..at the time.

However,

I’m seeing a lot of guy’s and gal’s asking for legitimate purpose to drive people to upgrade these things, And unless you’re a large WvW guild, the point is moot. So I suggest we use this thread to suggest a “top 3” of things you’d like to see implemented in the guild halls we currently have.

Me personally I want:

1) Bank Access/TP access
2) Crafting stations
3) Decorations that don’t cost an arm&leg to obtain and the ability to actually make a guild hall your own. instead of just looking at the dozens of decorations in the placement menu and wonder how to get 80% of them.

Some may argue people won’t populate major cities at this point providing all of these services in guild halls, I’d say your partially right. guilds who cannot afford the things yet will not be able to utilize them, as well as solo players, newbies, i’m sure there are others as well.

But I mean, its a guild hall, your guild is SUPPOSED to populate it.

Anyways feel free to chime in and give your top 3.

1 – you already have bank access through the scribing stations. CHECK
2 – probably won’t happen this year if ever, they want people to be seen outside the guild halls and this is an easy way to do it.
3 – Currently so i’m told Anet basically thinks the Decoration Idea should be a gold sink.

I’D LOVE TO SEE THE ABILITY TO PLACE OBJECTS UNDERWATER! WHY THIS WASN’T POSSIBLE TO BEGIN WITH I DON’T KNOW. I originally planed an aquaman style under water hideout only true explorers in my guild would stumble across it. but the ability to place dissapeers when u go under water
So no Swimming obstacle events this year for my Guild’s 2016 Glorious Guild Games we have going on in our guild hall. Imagine Swimming Jps!!

Though i do wish they would add many more basic decorations to the vendor list and more items we can craft. Should start looking at the idea of indivduals crafting these decorations and not guilds and make the requirements to craft them with that in mind.
Or at the very least more basic things easier/cheaper and more unique things harder/expensive to make. Some of this seems flipped currently.

1 – ability to place objects underwater
2 – ring shaped basic decorations
3 – craftable usable boats in the guild hall only.

I need to be able to sail on my Yacht anet.
