before spend 30g on the guild hall initiative merchant…does anyone know if non Heart of Thorns players can use it?

I doubt it. I did not buy that but my non HoT account cannot make use of anything but the crafting station, the merchant function of the artisan crafter is not accessible.

Guildies that did not buy heart of thorns can talk to the Guild Armorsmith and Guild Weaponsmith. I’m not sure, if Guild Merchant is in the same league but thank you for the input.

If its the one that take the one commendation for stuff, then no non-hot accounts can’t talk to it. I also want to say mini merchant is also not available to them.

The general merchant will sell to all guild members. Free accounts too.
