Hello,

I have a question, I wanted to do a labyrinth in the guild hall arena of my guild, but I discovered there was a limitation which won’t allow us to place too many trap or “wall” near each over … So I can’t draw my labyrinth with my traps …
So my question is, what is the point of such a limitation ? If people want to put lot of traps near each other, what is the point of not allowing them to do so ? If it’s unplayable, the guild master or some sort of authority in the guild will erase it …

I’m very frustated by this, I spent 2 hours designing a good labyrinth with lava fear and bump traps hidden in walls, and I can’t even do it =(

I hope this limit will be erased, or at least lower, or put some more decoration : different shape of wall and lava trap …

Because all the traps have animations and activations, things could easily blow your CPU out of the water if uncontrolled.

I think, the decorations system basically faces the same limitations the actual developers have themselves as well. And although developers obviously don’t actually have those limitations programmed in, they do need to keep the complexity within parameters so that players don’t get random FPS drops whilst walking through the map.

I’m wondering though, how much freedom they programmed in, or whether such heavy animated traps or other decorations could not have various lower detail version in order to up the cap. Or less flashy animations, etc.

It’s doubtfully an easy issue to solve.

Hum I see your point, but I can manage to work with fewer traps, but what blocked me was the limitation with walls, at one point I wasn’t able to continue my coridor, so I though to make big room with traps to avoid, but here it was the traps limitation who limited me, the labyrinth would have been to simple to clean.
So no solution in near future, I hope they’ll consider one, because I sincerely think that if they could allow more freedom in this guild arena system, players would think about fun new game mode to play, and so do videos about them and so share content about the game, win win situation =)
But maybe I’m too naive ^^’
