I purchased it around 24 hours now, I know Gems take 72 hours and It said it can take 3-4 hours for per-order bonuses. I got my Guild hall Pet and Title content but not the other items
I’m not aware of at least most of that being listed as part of the pre-purchase bundle, where did you see that stuff listed?
also, did you Pre-order or pre-Purchase?
And where from?
Specifically, I’ve never seen these listed as part of any bundle.

They added a “veteran appreciation slot” to all 3 tiers, but only if your account was created before Jan 23rd of this year. That extra slot is only given out like once a week now so may take some time to show up if you are eligible and only purchased the basic tier of HoT.
