If leader is gone from game way before HoT release but the guild is still present, how can current guild members claim the guild hall? Is there any option besides re-rolling guild?

If you have anyone that can start missions, maybe they can do it. However, you’ll have serious problems with permissions for decorating and so on as only the leader can edit that for the next rank down. So you’ll have officers who can give permissions to lower tiers but not themselves do anything.

If you have any way to contact the leader and ask him/her to come back long enough to promote an officer to leader, try that. Otherwise, you’ll be sorry if you invest resources in a hall you can’t fully use.

They came back like 2 years ago and made new rank for me that had everything checked. Now, I have new boxes but they are not checked cause reasons. I don’t have a way to contact them any more cause presearing.com is down ;-(

Probably just gonna start over.

Starting over is not a huge deal , you lose unlocks for storage but every thing else you basically need to ’re-unlock anyway.
Edit: it takes one low level mission to get enough points and gold can be spread across the number of players interested in the guild. It takes 4-5 people to claim the hall so again not an issue.

Talk to your active guildmates and start a new guild. Otherwise not much you can do.
