Gw2 player housing question
I would assume not. I think the Guild Halls are what they intend to be the instanced (or otherwise) “housing” for players.
Will arenanet add player housing to guild wars 2 in the future?
I guess you could say guild halls are housing for your family.

Hmmm, isn’t the Home Instance technically player housing ?
It’s a personal instance that :
- only you can access unless enter it while in a group
- you can upgrade it with various items (mostly resource nodes)
We’re pretty much in the functional definition of player housing, here.
Okay, it might seem strange that your “house” takes up a full district, with an orphanage, a tavern, a marketplace and a hospital, but functionally, player housing is already there. To be honest, I don’t think there will ever be anything else than that in GW2 for housing.
Pretty anything I’ve heard from interviews has been, “Maybe in the future, and we’ll do our best to make it unique and fit with the community when it does. But Guild Halls are the current thing they’re working on”
Wouldn’t be too farfetched if, after HoT is done, they applied some of their Guild Hall stuff to the Home INstance, I welcome it.
