i can’t seem to find HOPE vol 1. manual on the legendary crafting npc store. where is it?
why isnt it there when all other legends aren’t there?

i thought the devs said this 3 new legends would be available with HoT

They changed their minds. Now the first three new ones are coming later, along with raids.
