How am I supposed to dodge or otherwise react to an important skill when all I see is this?

Here is another example, produced by myself and only two other players.

It’s also irritating that playing my beta reaper requires the disabling of the entire postprocessing setting using “low” or “none” for postprocessing if I don’t want a green overlay covering my screen as I camp in reaper’s shroud to shield myself from attacks I can’t see.

Supporting this, can’t see anything in zergs, making melee players really hard to see and avoid enemy attacks.
