When creating a BETA-character and then decide to delete it to begin again, you can’t do so and you can’t create a new BETA-character. This unfortunatly happened to me the one timeslot I had available for testing. :-(

That is because you, probably, just happened to create the character while access was inadvertently allowed, and then access was shortly afterwards removed.

You should be able to create a Beta character, again, once access is open at the proper time.
