I purchased the ultimate edition of HoT and am missing my Heart of Thorns Glider. Is this unlocked account wide? Or do I need to submit a support ticket?

It comes via an in game mail. Did you consume it?

I consumed my item…Does that I mean I did it too soon and I should have waited?

Im pretty sure it was consumed, but has not triggered for any of the betas so Im getting a bit worried about it.

It didn’t trigger for betas if you consumed it beforehand. If you had it in the bank during beta, ONE beta alt could consume it and thus have that skin.

Don’t worry, you should have it once we have HoT and the Hero Panel allows us to see glider skins.

If you consumed the item before a beta event, it was unlocked in the upcoming Wardrobe slot, or Glider tab, whichever the case may be.

You will have access once HoT releases.

Does the wardrobe currently have glider skins displayed? You may have it, just not visible until Hot goes live.

No, the wardrobe doesn’t show glider skins right now. I think they’ll show up at the beginning of HoT. I hope mine will be there, then.

Well, if it’s gone they’ll just have to mail us another one.

I did that too. I assume it will show once the game goes live. Hope so anyway.

It’ll be easy to fix if an issue occurs, don’t worry, don’t panic
If something happen, just open a ticket and look for an existing bug topic on the forum.
