Is there a full list of everything that’s new, including the new map or regions for HoT? and zones by level.

You could look at the Wiki it lists everything added and each map has an interactive map you cna look at on its wiki page

All the Zones are level 80 like drytop and silverwastes

You can also go to Dulfy.net they have everthing you could possibly need to know
