I purchased the disc and loaded it onto my PC and each time I try to access HoT it tells me that to proceed I must purchase HoT, which I have done. What can I do to sort this out please?

I am having the same Problem I even got the in Game thank you for your purchase hopefully this problem can be fixed. Awaiting a response.
