Hey , before the expansion hit , i was able to get stable 60 fps in normal leveling zones , however HOT apparently is a complete kitten and im getting 35-40-50 on a good day FPS , i tried downloading the 64 bit client and i seem to get even lower fps (Its not fully downloaded yet its only in playable stage) is it my laptop thats crap or game is badly optimised? MY SPECS ARE : I7 -4510U CPU @ 2.00 GHZ – 2.60 GHZ 8GB of RAM GEFORCE 840 M .

You are running a Geforce 840M, which im guessing is a laptop if im not mistaken, you may have to tell the x64 client to use your 840m, as chances are its using the intel on board one, there are fixes for this issue in the above link.
