Guild Wars 2

I just came back to the game after a long break and found story at Hearts & Minds. I have gone to Dragon’s Stand and ran a few paths to try and get to the green dot but I can’t seem to make it there. Am I missing something here? How I can zone into the story instance?

It’s in a special instance of Dragon’s Stand, which you can access by talking to Agent Zrii who is directly east (~1300 away) of the Pact Base Camp point of interest.

There should be an asura named Agent Zrii at the camp near the entrance who can send you right there.
