will there be loadouts for sPVP so if we would want to change build we could easy or save build we could as well just like in guild wars where we had builds saved in game

that’s an easy one, the answer is no.

everytime you want to change your build you’ll have to do it manually

Would be a great feature but it takes a fraction of time to change build in this game compared to GW1. I use 2-3 builds on most toons and it takes maybe a minute to change set up once you get familiar with your builds and the mechanics.

Maybe in the future eh?

You could use Overwolf and add an app that saves builds. Just a thought.
