Making 2 suggestions from what i would personally want.

1. Account voting system:
-Pros-
Each person would be able to cast a single vote on items developers want specific feedback on.
Easier user input, no need to check forums to cast your opinion on something that could be a yes/no or multiple choice question.
Each vote would be account bound and on accounts in good standing, trial accounts would be excluded to prevent bot voting.

-Cons-
Users who are away form the game mightmiss the chance to cast a vote on what they would like to see.
No ability to backup reasons for why one choice being voted on would be superior to another. (This is were the forums become more viable)

2. Forum integration: Integrating the forums to be accessible from in-game, such as a board in lions arch/cultural cities or the trading post.

-Pros-
More easily accessible by the community, no need to alt-tab to another screen or have multiple screens.
Easy access means community members are more likely to submit/respond to forums, particularly on items that developers and other players want to hear about.
Expands forum community
Players could be notified in-game when a forum post they made has a reply
Players could be notified in-game when a forum post they want to follow has activity

-Cons-
More AFK looking players in cities.
Server resources being devoted to players who are in game but not playing/posting on forums instead.

The above is just what i could think of, if you come up with other pros/con for each please post feedback and so on.
