HoT Beta - Mesmer

I feel like I’m asking the obvious but wanted to double check.

If I make a mesmer during the beta Ill have access to the new skills/weapons/utilties?

A warrior, a guardian, and an elementalist walk into an open field…
The Warrior turns to the guardian and says, “Did you hear something?”
Guardian replies, “No, but how’d the elementalist die?”

No one knows but if you can please post them! Odds are no. You may get some ideal or some new effects from old skills but with out them coming out yet with the new super classes as of yet they will not be in at least this beta.
