Since there is a sale on HoT and HoT Deluxe, will there be a sale on just the deluxe upgrade for HoT in the gem store? I would really like to get the upgrade, but its pretty much the same price to upgrade in the gem store than it is to buy the full deluxe edition outright.

Unlikely. There was no sale on the upgrade during the previous Heart of Thorns expansion sales.

If there was going to be a sale on the upgrade in the Gem Store, it would have shown up in the Gem Store today with the other changes, probably.

It would make sense to also put the upgrade on sale though. I know that personally that upgrade isn’t worth $30, but I would pay $15 for it if it did go on sale with the expansion. Hopefully the next time they have a sale on HoT they also put a sale on the in game upgrade
