Did Anet confirm what time will Heart of Thorns drops and what time zone

I live in Hawaii so im going to try to stay up for start of download, then when i wake up tomorrow it should be complete

It’s PST, UTC -7. That time zone is where ArenaNet is based.

Lol. For Americans, yes, in about a week. =P

Personally, I would rather keep Daylight Savings Time year-round. Never been a fan of it getting dark at 4PM.

I think what they meant was the obnoxious need to change time twice a year. Not having to do that is the only good thing about living in AZ. Maybe, some day, they will abolish the out-dated system.
