Guild Wars 2

I was wondering if this was safe to purchase. http://www.gamesdeal.com/guild-wars-2-heart-of-thorns-addon-pc.html I cant find it listed under authorized retailers, but they are selling boxed copies (at least, i assume so if they are delivering on release date?). I know Anet has a policy for buying digital copies, but what about hard copies?

If you do not purchase from one of the authorized retailers, you take a chance. If the serial key is bogus, you can expect no support from ArenaNet. Make sure you understand and agree to any return/support policies the retailer you choose offers.
