Does anyone know if there will be any exclusive HoT Halloween event elements? Or will someone be able to access all Halloween events with only the main game?

I know, I know… just get HoT. That’s the easy answer. But what’s the answer to the question?

I highly doubt they will lock a seasonal event behind the expansion
