Q:
HoT end game?
A:
HoT itself is end game.
Raids
Mastery system
Fractals
Harder open world content
Plus we still don’t know all the maps and how they may be similar to SW with a major grind for some certain skins
HoT is definitely trying to add some semblance of end game. In terms of awesome fun masteries, I feel the system is set up to allow cool new things, but it’s anyone’s guess where anet will take the system in the future.
many new comer sometime misunderstood what endgame means in GW2. Even GW2 it self is an endgame with living story. some will say this is casual. but its not.
but anyway GW2 needs a better presentation why this kind of endgame is better than grinding a gear that will become obsolete 1 year later.
Think about where we could feasibly go on the map and then use your imagination as to what masteries we could get.
For example;
- Northern Shiverpeaks – Skiing or sleighing
- Deep Oceans – deep sea diving, sailing
Perhaps survival skills vs blizzards/cold (Shiverpeaks) or versus the heat undergound (vs Primordus) or further survival skills in the deep seas.
We have no idea what they have planned, but the set up and potential is huge for what they move onto from here
- Deep Oceans – deep sea diving, sailing
I’d love a full on sailing system, not just a jump in water, press space and pull out a canoe.
Cars?
Buy Forza dude.
Crystal Desert
- Deep Oceans – deep sea diving, sailing
I’d love a full on sailing system, not just a jump in water, press space and pull out a canoe.
I can hear the Hawaii 5-0 music now..
Cars would be great If they released another section of the e map with no way points races and maybe even wvw witha car map I don’t want forza but I want more bread and butter simple mechanics like the s skiing idea or ship / diving that is what keep people in the game is sometimes not dungeons but more activatables that u can play with
