Few days before i tried to buy the expansion through the in game UI.
It came with the Authentication Error message. I thought that it was a problem with the in game UI, but when i tried the same thing with the Official site… The same problem happened also there. I am coming from Greece and i use my Amex Card.Can anyone help me about this problem? I cannot use the paypal one cause it does not accept my card there.

Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket.

https://help.guildwars2.com/home and hit “Submit a request” at the top right.

Hope they can sort it out for you.
