I really HOPE that Anet will use that expansion pack to FIX THE PVP BALANCE TOOL.

There are ways to even the matches, like using debuff on player leaving the matches so they cannot come back for like 30 min (account wide). Or queuing the joining players so they have to wait till someone is ready to join the other team too before entering match, so there is always the same number of player on each team?

Do something about it already!

Ya, but it is just not effective because we still get a lot of balancing problem. Time should be shorter but immediate after only 1 match left. anyway, just my opinion. And they should correct more than just this aspect of the problem.

They already have a system in place that does this in the arena games, it has significantly reduced 4v5 matches. So yeah, the new expansion isn’t going to fix what has already been fixed.
