Are Hot map completion items only once per character? Meaning if you had 5 character slots and you did it 5 times you would still only be able to craft 5 new legendarys?

The map completion items are rewarded once per character and you only receive enough for one legendary.

ArenaNet told us ahead of time that you can only craft 1 of each precursor per account. After that you have to get legendaries the old fashion way, such as tossing various items into the mystic forge in hopes of getting a precursor, or relying on random chance of a precursor dropping as loot.

I don’t think the new precursors are either a drop or are obtainable from the Mystic Forge. Which means that if you only have 5 character slots, that’s the max you can craft of the new Legendaries. Unless you delete an old char and re-level a new char or buy more slots and level those chars to 80. Probably not a problem for most people, but there’s going to be some who hit the 5 maximum because only 5 slots.
