Will they be shown anywhere ? Or will they be titles ?
If I play my guardian will he be called guardian or dragonhunter ?
Are old names gonna die ? They are changing old names into new ones ?

If you are core specced you will be a Guardian, if you equip the Elite spec you will be a Dragonhunter and your profession icon will change. If you then go back to three core specs you will be a Guardian again, with the Guardian icon. You can freely swap in and out.

The new names reflect the Elite specializations. Over time professions will get more Elite options. So if the Guardian gets, say, “Visionary,” “Smiter,” and “Fluffylight,” then equipping the relevant Elite trait line will change the name only while that line is active.

I’ll be extremely disappointed if this isn’t the name for the next guard spec.

On topic, as donari stated, when equipping your elite spec your class icon and name will change, once you uneuip said traitline you’ll be back to being a guardian and the old classicon.
