HoT pre-purchase bug
You might want to place a ticket for that with CS. Or it could be timing thing and your gems are still en route.

Try logging out of the game and then log back in. I’ve read that this fixes things.

I did place a CS ticket but was told I bought deluxe. My receipt says ultimate and even if I made a mistake deluxe wouldn’t cost me $107.36. They keep transferring my ticket around and now I gotten no reply from them.

I bought it the first day pre-purchase was able and still no gems. My friend bought it 2 days after pre-purchase was released and got his gems instantly.
Bought trough gw2 website/ingame or trough 3rd party custommer service? You might have been scammed if you did so.

Forward them the receipt? It’s possible that their pool of keys are mixed, which will be a big problem for them.
Also check what you were actually charged to ensure that the receipt isn’t the problem.
Forward CS a copy of your receipt showing your purchase of the ultimate if you haven’t already. More than likely it will take them a few days to get things squared away for you.
