I play on Blacktide. For WvW we are the worst ‘server’, is their going to be an free server change?

Doubtfull, since majority of the expansion is PvE wise and megaservers with LFG tool enable you to group almost with anyone in your region.

Server transfers are from 800 to 2000 gems depending on which server you want to go.
If you really want a transfer save up for few weeks and buy it.
Just completing AC will award you with 5 – 6 gold every day and it takes 30 – 45 minutes for PUGs. I belive if you want something you can atleast dedicate 45 minutes daily for it.
