Guild Wars 2

I recently got HoT.
Something i just noticed while playing in a lower lvl area (a not HoT area).

At the left of the bar, it used to show what character level u r and what your downscaled level is.
That is GONE now, now it shows my mastery rank (points).

How do i get it back, that it shows my character and downscaled level?!

As far as I was aware, there is no way to display that in place of the mastery number

You can only find it on the Hero Panel now.
