Guild Wars 2

I have no idea how to start it. 1) I bought HoT 2) I cant get any more xp on several toons until I unlock mastery, so 3) how do I start the HoT story line?

Go to “Camp Resolve” waypoint in “The Silverwastes”. Press “H” and select “Story Journal”, then select “Heart of Thorns” and click “Begin This Story”. Follow the green markers from there.
