Guild Wars 2

I have the ‘Oiled Ancient Staff Head’ and have been to a bunch of the ‘Places of Power’ in Magus Falls.

None will let me interact with any of them. They all say I have already got it’s power.

What are you supposed to do?

Note: I have unlocked the collection, and have the Plated Staff.
