Guild Wars 2

Roughly 3 hours ago I just bought GW2:HoT for a friend, and I’ve yet to receive a confirmation e-mail of my purchase from GW2. When I bought the game for myself I don’t remember it taking so long. Should I be concern?

Can make a support ticket if do not get code soon. Link top of page. Also maybe make sure email did not go to spam folder. There is link in account forum about not get email from Anet. It is FAQ and Sticky thread link.
