How many skill points needed to unlock legends and Revenant utilities and elites?

Unknown at this point. If you save up scrolls/tomes you shouldn’t have a problem though.

I have, but for some strange reason, I have the feeling that Specializations will also cost Bleep loads of skill points to unlock per class as well…
