Ive gotten two ascended recipes from Fractals over the past two days, both for ascended light breathers.

The pvp community reminds me of what Obi-kittenenobi describes Mos Eisley as from star wars.

Yes they can be traded and like Dante said, they drop in Fractals. Got the two light ones in Fractals earlier today myself.

They are also on the trading post for a few silver as well, so buy one up if lady luck is not on your side.
