Hey guys,

I have 11 mastery points stacked up but cant seem to find a way to use them?? other than leveling up specified masteries i cant use these points? any help?

Not sure what exactly the problem is. But yeah, once you are lvl 80, you can chose which mastery you want to level. You can see the progress in your exp-bar on the bottom of the screen. Once that bar is full, you can unlock that mastery-step in the mastery-menu by spending mastery points on it.

ok here is the deal i have 11 mastery points stacked up and i cant use them on anything i wanna level, right now i am leveling itzel language and it progress when i chose that during my quests and i am mastery level 4 right now 2 on gliding and 2 on some other things but those 11 points i cannot use on anything??

Uhm; maybe you could post some screenshots, so it’s easier to tell for me and others who’d like to help.

The mastery system is a bit odd in comparison to a lot of the systems. You use the points after you gain all the exp in a Mastery tier that you selected. After you max out that mastery bar you put in the points required to “unlock” it. Then you select another tier and get exp to level that up again.

Aren’t their two different pools for mastery points? One for HoT and one for core Tyria?
