Guild Wars 2

I downloaded the new expansion, but I have no idea how to start the quest-line to
gain access to the expansion
Is there a guide for it

The quest starts in the Silverwastes, check your story tab to activate it. Should be right under the one for Living Story 2.

Everything else you need to know is on Dulfy.

Go to character >> story. Find Heart of Thornes, activate it. It will place marker on map and also explanation where to go in quest window.
