just wondering if this is only happening to me? and what should I do?

Everybody’s having this problem. Lots of threads in the Bugs section of the forums.

wait for arena net to balance the server load after a patch I’m still waiting for them to fix all the crashing and lagging as the client frooze on me after I jumped down into a pit I was like let me hit jump to glide game locked up next thing I know im dead on the ground.

Same problem here. The game keeps crashing and the forum is slower than dial-up. lol

Been happening to me, I have sent in at least 100 support tickets in the last three months. I can’t even get a response or reply from them… I even used the instructions to run the repair. Still crashes at log in. What’s sad is I have spent lots of money on this product and support won’t even contact me.

^Are you actually creating tickets or using the in-game Bug Report option? If it is the in-game Bug Report, you will garner no response as clearly stated on the report window.

If you are creating that amount of support tickets (via the ‘Support’ link above/below and you ‘Submit a Request’), and have yet to get a response (a near-immediate ‘Thank you for your inquiry’ automated reply is generated with each ticket), you might consider perusing the Stickies in the Account Support sub-forum for suggestions on how to receive ArenaNet mail.
