At LA getting to a lower ledge, jumped off…..guess what? I’m dead

Anyone else having this issue? I’m getting so used to jumping off cliffs in HoT maps becomes a habit jumping off them everywhere else -_-

I feel ya. At first it was hilarious, now it’s just sad. But oh well, means I gotta pay more atention about where I’m at.

Put a sticky note on your monitor that says “GLIDER ONLY AVAILABLE IN JUNGLE!!”.

I am close to doing this. Cliffs are no longer scary until I realize, half-way down, that I do not have glider access in the regular maps. I don’t think there is a good fix to this aside from letting gliding be used in core maps, but that comes with its own set of game-breaking issues if they implemented gliding as is.

Yeah I run into this frequently. Sometimes i"m not paying 100% attention and forget that I’m not in the Jungle… try to pop glider as soon as I jump and immediately feel like Wile E. Coyote (that moment where after he goes over the edge of the cliff and holds up a sign before plummeting off screen).
