Here’s the scrapper rune:
1) +25 power
2) +35 toughness
3) +50 power
4) +65 toughness
5) +100 power
6) 7% damage reduction against foes in 600 range

I don’t understand the 6. Do i recieve less damage? do i deal less damage?
Does the oponent deal less damage?

If whatever is causing you damage, is within the range of 600, it’s damage (I’m guessing physical) will be reduced by 7%.

So as long as your in close to whatever is hitting you, they will have their damage reduced by 7%.

The point being that the rune is poorly worded. This is definitely a candidate for a clearer tooltip. It should read “Incoming damage reduced 7% from foes within 600 range.” The way it’s worded implies “your damage against foes within 600 range is reduced 7%.”

You should try those scrapper runes on a tempest ele with earth/tempest/water.

All up you can stack 67% damage reduction ontop of being immune to conditions.
