What should I do?

You need to progress to the Tangled Depths map I believe.

You’ll need to fill your exp bar doing VB and AB events until you can unlock the Nuhoch Wallows mastery. Till then, getting around Tangled Depths will be a nightmare to navigate around for you.

It’s a headache getting around TD even with the necessary masteries.

That wallow is not related to your current step.

If something is restricting your personal story progression, the message will be on the top right corner with the green star where all other personal story info is shown as well.

Nuhock Lore unlocks as soon as you enter the third zone, Tangled Depths.
