I’m pretty sure a lot of us already bought extra slots.
Therefore Standard edition should give us 800 gems, Deluxe give 1600 gems, Ultimate give 4800 gems. \o/

They could avoided this bad PR pretty easily, but the players are exaggerating as well.

I bought Ultimate, cause I know I will get my moneys worth. Maybe HoT will not have TONS of content. But it will set a foundation, which I very much agree with.

Not sure how expecting a character slot for an expansion that costs $50 and includes a new class is exaggerating but whatever.

Since deluxe gives a slot, it would still only be 800 gems. So 800, 800 and 4800 if you activate HoT on a GW2 account.

And yes, I would prefer that as well. Not because it gives us a character slot, because it plain and simply gives GW2 owners a €10 value discount/incentive for preordering. After HoT release, it can be 0, 0 and 4000 again if they want.

If you have read some posts you would know what I meant,

I guess extra slot for more bag space. Because we didn’t get anything to fix that problem..
