The truth is that HoT didn’t deliver what it promised across many fronts. I feel like I was sold a product that is deficient; like the 500 horse power car I ordered is actually a refurbished golf cart. Farming events on maps to level up masteries so I can farm more events is a horrible system. I love getting new areas to explore in games, but three new maps that exist only for events? The story to defeat Mordremoth was short, generic, and forgettable. The ONLY reason I have to go to HoT maps is for hero points to get elite specs on my characters for WvW.

I know it is more likely that AN will release the promised full set of new legendary weapons than my request for a refund be fulfilled; but Heart of Thorns simply does not merit Arena Net keeping my money.

So contact customer service and ask for a refund. There’s nothing anyone here can do for you.

I wish I could, but it’s been too long. I waited in the hopes of living story content, legendary weapons, WvW content, etc; but no dice.

Well that stuff is coming. My money is on LS content by July and far more info about WvW this month coming.
