Guild Wars 2

I have a bit of influence left over, almost 6k, but i don’t seem to be able convert it. I spoke to every NPC in LA’s guild hall but none offered me the option. Except one of the NPC’s i approached with a big green type icon, it says this content is temporarily disabled. Is he the one that supposed to do the conversion? And if so, why is he disabled? Also, is 6k influence worth anything to convert? i don’t know what the exchange rate is but i would have thought i’d get some favor for it.

I think it is 10k minimum. Conversion rate is appalling though so I wouldn’t worry about it.
