Hey guys if i buy the pre-purchase heart of thorns, do i get full access to revenant and specialization even if the game isnt in the beta week-end test?

No

Not till after the game is released.

You get access to try them out during the beta tests, the use in the base game is fully dependant upon waiting on release of the expansion.

You’ll be able to play them only during beta weekends.

Once Heart of Thorns is released you’ll be able to play them all the time, in all areas of the game.
