I have found it very difficult to find large groups to do these epic events in the new maps. Seems like every map I go to is almost void of players, I see a few here and there but It doesn’t seem right, I know a ton of players came back as well as a ton of new players joining so it doesn’t make sense. The expansion has been fantastic over all though. jist trying to level mysteries seems difficult without consistent groups and when the full maps are not posting in lfg to train people in I feel pretty alone.

There were so many people on late last nite (11pm pst) that they hid the minis in VB until my other half got off the game, lol. I really don’t see why people are saying they are empty.

I read a couple of days ago that Anet is investigating, to see if there indeed is a problem with the megaservers.
They have received numerous reports of similar behaviour, with empty maps, hence the investigation.

Well i know a lot of people didnt like reality of how anoying unlocking the lite specs are (something i do not support myself).

My guild is barren, out of the 100 players in it, there are 4 or 5 max at all time, before hot its was a third of it minimum.

Is it the case for everyone, probably not but i fear it might be a trend.

I just figured people were doing Halloween stuff, or grinding xp for masteries. But I found VB very…quiet..Sunday night while I was there (between like 6 and 8 pm eastern time).

Its also very disheartening that none of my guild mates have returned for HoT.

maybe it is because players are spread out over all three zones of the map?

Very possible, but considering the xpac was only a couple of days old, I kind of figured I’d see more people in general. Even map chat was quiet, which I thought was odd.

I mean, im sure most people are more concerned about getting masteries and hero points than chatting or meta events. On the maps trying to drive up the security level map chat is pretty lively.

Yeah I’ve been mostly in the first map and it feels strangely empty all the time.

Its very strange . some times the map is populated well. Sometimes its empty. Its strange because all the core maps are fine.

Yeah ive gotten this feeling too sometimes, most groups doing events are pretty small usually.
