Is it possible in any way to upgrade
Can not upgrade to ultimate. Can only upgrade from standard to deluxe with gem. They say during pre-sale had to buy ultimate from start to get it and no upgrade later.

No there is not. If you wanted the Ultimate Edition you had to buy it out right. It was in the FAQ before launch that you would only be able to upgrade to deluxe from standard.

The only thing Ultimate edition has that deluxe doesn’t is 4,000 gems. You were basically paying half price for the gems. So it wouldn’t make sense to spend gems to upgrade and get gems back.
If you purchased, or upgraded to, the deluxe edition you got all of the exclusive HoT items and stuff.
