If I bought the ultimate, can I refund and get the standard version ?

Yes, you can get a refund if you haven’t spent the gems. If you have spent the gems that came with the purchase: No it is not possible.

If you’ve used any of the account unlocks from Ultimate as well, the answer’s likely no.

If you want a refund they will mostly close your whole account, not a problem
if you are a new player, but a big problem if you already played for longer.

So ask the support first what exactly will happen in this case.

Only if your account was created before the expansion announcement yes you have a chance at a refund but the gems and everything else have to go with the refund spend any of them gems then its highly unlikely.
